Air Dry Clay Plaque

 
 
Materials 
  • Air Dry Clay

  • Rolling pin

  • Plate

  • Knife

  • Acyllic Paints

  • Paint Brush

 
 

Step One 

Knead the air dry clay until it is pliable and then roll the clay out until it is about 2 cm thick.

 

Step Two

Cut a circle using a craft knife and  plate as a template.

Press your thumb around the edge to create border.

 

Step Three

Roll the remaining clay to 1cm thickness. Cut out the flowers and name using a craft knife. Score the back of the flowers and name and apply a little water to the back of the motifs and stick them to the round circle.

 

Step Four

Let the clay dry out and then paint the plaque with acrylic paint and a paintbrush.
