Autumn Inspired CraftsCreate a Autumn Tree Cut out a tree trunk from brown paper and glue it to backing paper. Cut a sponge into irregular shapes and then dip the differnt sponges into orange, red, yellow or green paint and dab the sponges onto the backing paper to create a colourful autumn tree. NB: When doing this with small children, give them one sponge at a time so they do not blend the colours.
Trace and cut out leaf shapes from orange, red, yellow and green cardboards. Decorate the leaves with glitter, gel pens and markers. Cut out a circle (wreath) from backing paper. Glue the leaf shapes onto the wreath and a string onto the back of the wreath so it can be hung. Cut out a piece of cardbaord 4cm by 15cm for the bookmark. Collect and glue coloured autumn leaves to both sides of the bookmark. Cut a two pieces of contact 6cm by 17cm. Attach the contact to both sides of the bookmark. (altenatively you could laminate the bookmarks)
